3.3 If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
3.4 Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• The request is made within the 30-day period.
• The course has not been completed in full.
• A valid reason for dissatisfaction is provided.

5.2 Any abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of your access without notice or refund.
